Calculator Tools & Accuracy

Our calculators are planning tools, not contractor bids or guaranteed prices. The house build calculator uses a detailed component model, then calibrates the result to the selected country's researched residential construction profile where one is available. For countries without a researched local profile, the Site uses a broader planning index and clearly treats the result as less locally specific. Email Results & Optional Updates

If you choose to email a calculator result, you authorize us to transmit the email address, selected country/currency/units, relevant calculator inputs, and result summary to our server and email-delivery service solely to fulfill that request. Receiving occasional building tips, calculator updates, or relevant offers requires a separate optional consent. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.
